Cookie Policy
Last updated 29 October 2026
This policy explains what cookies are, which ones attorneynepal.com uses and what you can do about them. It was last updated in October 2026.
What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file that a website stores on your device. Cookies let a site remember that you visited, keep a form working and, in some cases, measure how the site is used.
Cookies that are necessary for the site to work
These are set automatically when you visit. Without them the contact, appointment and job application forms would not work.
- attorney_nepal_session. Keeps your visit together and carries a form's confirmation or error message back to you. It is removed after two hours or when you close your browser.
- XSRF-TOKEN. A security cookie that checks a form was sent from our own pages and not from another website. It is removed after two hours.
Cookies that measure how the site is used
We use Google Analytics to count visits and to see which pages are read, so we can improve the site. It sets cookies named _ga and _ga_ followed by an identifier, which last up to two years. They record the pages you view, roughly where in the world you are, and the type of device and browser you use. They do not tell us who you are. The provider is Google LLC, and its use of the data is described in Google's explanation of how it uses data.
Security on our forms
Our forms are protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which tells people from automated programs. It runs in the background, may set a cookie called _GRECAPTCHA and looks at how your device and browser behave. Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply to it.
The site is delivered through Cloudflare, which may set a short-lived security cookie, such as __cf_bm, to protect the site from bots. It does not follow you from site to site.
Other services that may see your visit
- Fonts. Our fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. Your browser asks Google's servers for them, so Google can see your IP address. We do not set a cookie for this.
- Links to other sites. Links to Google Maps, Facebook, X, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn take you to those sites. They have their own cookies and policies, which we do not control.
What we do not do
We do not use advertising or marketing cookies, we do not build profiles of visitors and we do not sell information about you.
Your choices
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The pages will still read normally, but the forms may stop working if the necessary cookies are blocked.
- You can stop Google Analytics from collecting data about your visits with Google's browser add-on.
- To learn how to manage cookies in your browser, see aboutcookies.org.
Changes to this policy
If we change the cookies we use, we will update this page and the date at the top.
